Paul has been involved in residential construction for nearly 30 years. His experience is evidence of his success and knowledge. Always keeping wood as his first REAL passion.
Concrete Construction - framing and installing footings, setting foundation forms and framing driveways and sidewalks. Custom Home Building - keeping homes and job sites safe for work, prepared homes for inspection, framed homes, decks and basements, installing cedar siding and interior trim. Interior Custom Trim - Paul's next step was to work for a interior trim carpentry company, seeking to fine tune and develop his skills.
AFTER YEARS IN THIS FIELD HE WANTED NEW AND BIGGER CHALLENGES.
After a few years he moved on to self-employment where Paul specialized in interior custom trim. This included crown molding, bookcases, mantle, wainscot and lockers. Acquiring many high quality builders in the western suburbs.
After years in this field he wanted new and bigger challenges. With this in mind, great people skills and wanting to stay in the "Home Industry" - his became a licensed home inspector from the American Home Inspectors Training institute and certified Mold Assessor and Inspector from the Environmental Solutions Association.
Good Protection Home Inspection takes pride in providing the highest quality home inspections possible. He encourages the client to be at the inspection so concerns can be discussed on the spot.
