Founder of Good Protection Home Inspection

Paul Anderson

With nearly 30 years of experience in residential construction, Paul brings deep knowledge and proven success to every project he takes on. His passion for working with wood has remained a constant throughout his career, shaping his expertise and craftsmanship.

Paul's journey began in concrete construction, where he handled everything from framing and installing footings to setting foundation forms, driveways, and sidewalks. He then transitioned into custom home building, ensuring safe job sites; framing decks, homes, and basements; installing cedar siding and interior trim; and preparing properties for inspection.

AFTER YEARS IN THIS FIELD, HE WANTED NEW AND BIGGER CHALLENGES.

Paul later moved on to pursue self-employment opportunities, specializing in interior custom trim such as crown molding, built-in bookcases, mantels, wainscoting, and lockers. Through his work, Paul built many strong relationships with reputable builders in the western suburbs, fostering important professional connections he still utilizes today.

Driven by a desire for new challenges and a continued interest in the home industry, Paul became a licensed home inspector through the American Home Inspectors Training Institute. He is also a certified mold assessor and inspector through the Environmental Solutions Association.

At Good Protection Home Inspection, Paul is committed to delivering thorough, high-quality inspections. He encourages clients to attend the inspection so any questions or concerns can be addressed directly and on-site.
